Summary Telephone Advice £40 + VAT

General Advice & Fixed Penalty Notices

For a one-off payment of £40 + VAT Motor Lawyers will call you to discuss the merits and prospects of your case. We will allocate up to 30 minutes for telephone advice and we will provide a subsequent email out-lining the advice given. If during the initial part of the conversation it becomes apparent that you need further assistance we will offer you the option to upgrade to a higher level of service and will credit the Summary Advice fee against the cost of the new service so only the balance is payable at that stage.

The Summary Telephone Advice Service is recommended when:

• You require an overview on the prospects of success; or
• There are one or two specific points that you wish to discuss in more detail or;
• You need advice on whether to plead guilty or not guilty; or
• You would like prosecution evidence reviewed for accuracy; or
• You face a Police interview and need guidance in advance; or
• You would like documents you have drafted considered for suitability;
