This service is popular with clients who not only require summary advice, but need assistance in responding to and drafting correspondence when handling cases or certainly the initial stages of cases themselves. As with the Summary Telephone Advice Service, Motor Lawyers will consider your documents, discuss the pros and cons of the case via the telephone for up to 30 minutes and backup and support that advice with a follow-up email.

Additionally, this package allows initial ongoing support as we will draft correspondence for you and then supply further advice as and when responses are received. This service is intended for cases that have not yet resulted in a Summons or where technical errors have been made, there are disputes over the identify of the driver or matters where you wish to prompt co-operation or obtain evidence from the Process Section/Police/CPS/DVLA etc.

Motor Lawyers will supply bespoke correspondence that is pertinent to your case and will review and advise on responses as necessary. We endeavour to keep the service as flexible as possible in order to meet each client's specific needs but in general terms, depending upon the complexity and the period of correspondence, we would normally allow for correspondence of 3-5 letters which should be sufficient to resolve any particular issues.
